In my short time of knowing Kimberly I quickly began to recognize her passion for fitness. She always demonstrated movement knowledge and a keen eye for perfection with her students. Over the years I have trained in a lot of different exercise programs. As a former military member I did all of the usual strength training. I have also trained in CrossFit, Beach Body programs, power lifting, strongman and some martial arts. All of this caught up to me when I hit my 40’s. I had injuries that didn’t heal, poor posture, tightness and aches and pains that didn’t go away.
In the fall of 2017, I discovered Nei Gong, “the philosophical art of change”, which is rooted in eastern tradition.
