"I did some scary sh!t last weekend. I did the work but you showed me the path and encouraged me and never got frustrated with me. AND ... It's not that I'm just back on my bike, I don't have back pain, hip pain, neck pain which I certainly deserve after not walking normally for over a year. I don't mean to gush but I can't thank you enough."

"I'm noticing positive changes in my body and am really excited. I even bought two cute skirts yesterday because my legs are toning up nicely. Woot!

In my short time of knowing Kimberly I quickly began to recognize her passion for fitness.  She always demonstrated movement knowledge and a keen eye for perfection with her students.  It’s nice to see an instructor so “hands-on” with the class and clearly focused on injury prevention while at the same time improving an athlete’s fitness.  Kimberly was known at GMCF for being friendly, upbeat, passionate, and just simply a great person who cared about you as an individual.

I also had the opportunity to train with Kimberly on multiple occasions where she would ALWAYS challenge me to increase my ability and technique in the sport of CrossFit while being safe. Never before had I met someone so capable and willing to challenge me and push me the way Kimberly did. It’s quite a unique skill that Kimberly has and has since been missed.  I had always felt like I could become a better athlete mentally and physically, but struggled until I met her.

I owe Kimberly a great deal of gratitude for teaching me what it takes to be a better athlete, friend and an inspiration to others.  She surely is a special person.  Whomever Kimberly works with, they’ll will be very delighted with her expertise, passion, and etiquette towards fitness.

"My experience with Kim and Moving Arts Academy was nothing short of amazing. Kim helped me alleviate my chronic lower back pain, and I am now able to live an active lifestyle, pain-free.
I had tried everything from traditional PT, stretching, chiro, etc. -- spending thousands of dollars with no results. Upon meeting Kim at my local gym and learning about her work, I decided to try something new and work with her. Within just a few weeks I noticed less pain for the first time in years. Kim's approach is one of a kind; she uses a blend of physical therapy, massage, proper body mechanics training, breathing exercises, and Qi Gong, to name a few. Kim also helped me develop a nutrition, supplement, and training platform to help me reach my fitness goals. Most importantly -- in learning from Kim, she has given me the tools I need to maintain a pain-free and active life for years to come. Her approach is unique and unrivaled, and her knowledge of the human body and movement is unmatched. Whether you are an athlete trying to reach your maximum potential, or just someone who experiences chronic pain and discomfort I highly recommend seeking out Kim's services."

"Before starting with Kimberly I had already seen some results but I wanted to work with her to take things to the next level.

Since making some simple changes to my diet and having Kimberly to cheer me on, I put on another 10 pounds of muscle over the summer, and got my first strict and kipping muscle-ups.

I am excited to be in the best shape of my life and look forward to working with Kimberly to hit my goals in the coming months!"

"I attended a Qi Gong seminar hosted by Kimberly and was very impressed. Not only is she a knowledgeable and attentive instructor but she is also just plain fun to be around! Her respect and enthusiasm for her disciplines are very apparent and her personal skill is very inspiring.

I’ve since met with her seeking help honing my diet and taking my physical training strategy to the next level. Kimberly is the guide I’ve needed to improve my wellness – I always look forward to the next time I meet with her!"

Over the years I have trained in a lot of different exercise programs. As a former military member I did all of the usual strength training. I have also trained in CrossFit, Beach Body programs, power lifting, strongman and some martial arts. All of this caught up to me when I hit my 40’s. I had injuries that didn’t heal, poor posture, tightness and aches and pains that didn’t go away.

In the fall of 2017, I discovered Nei Gong, “the philosophical art of change”, which is rooted in eastern tradition. After attending my first seminar, I realized that I needed to seriously rethink my life and my training. In January 2018, I stumbled upon Kimberly via mutual connections. As a personal trainer who practices Nei Gong, she is a wealth of information across eastern traditions and western modernized wellness.

After addressing my posture issues and injuries, she then designed a program with stretches and exercises that were very specific to improving my body. She even made diet recommendations that I discovered were very beneficial. In working with her for six months, I’ve seen a huge change in my overall physical health and strength. I’m very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend Kimberly to anyone who is serious about his or her health.

"Kim has turned it around for me. I was tired of the way I looked and felt. I was lumpy with no energy. But I've always had a clear sense of who and how I wanted to be. Within a week of our refrigerator makeover I felt 100% better on the food she recommended, and after a month I was noticing I looked healthier too.

The exercise routines that she wrote up in addition to the video library access she gave me, I had all the tools I needed to get into the best shape of my life - on my own! But I wasn't on my own. Kimberly's messages and guidance were there every step of the way. She's the real deal."

"About two years ago I found myself studying the internal arts of Daoism, I loved them immediately!; however, these arts just like any other physical exercise require a proper level of physical condition to maintain an efficient level of practice, I lacked that knowledge. Kimberly has given me the tools to understand how to take better care of my body by guiding me with nutrition and physical exercises. One comment that stood out for me during my last chat with her was " ... skinny doesn't matter, your body must be strong enough to respond.""

"After injuring my back powerlifting I needed to make some changes, both mentally and physically. Kimberly really took the time to create a customized nutrition strategy that set me up for success, while also adapting workouts to my injury and ability. Not only did I want to lose fat while building muscle, I wanted to see improvement in my performance.

Soon after starting Kimberly's program I noticed a significant difference; I fatigued much later in my workouts and was lifting much heavier. I watched the scale drop unwanted pounds and reached my goal as a stronger, healthier athlete."

"Feel 100% better eating more and more "real" foods. I think in two weeks there will be a big difference in my body. Currently I've seen the most difference in the weight on my hips. I had some extra stuff there!"
