Gymnastics Level 1 Trainer
Pound for pound, gymnasts are the strongest people alive. Here we emphasize training for strength, controlled movement and increased flexibility. We combine body weight exercises with conditioning and weighted progressive stretching to promote full range of motion and introduce novel movement patterns.
We program and teach to the level you're at; from beginner to advanced Moving Arts Academy draws from our Classical Gymnastic, Gymnastic Bodies and CrossFit training. Expect to hang from a bar, a pair of rings, use free weights with squats, lunges, and high intensity interval exercises in order to build strength according to your own body type and goals.
