HIIT and Roll class
In HIIT and Roll class you'll build progressive strength and agility through body weight and light resistance training. We'll first run through the day's workout in strength and mobility through High Intensity Interval Training, and follow-up by entering deep relaxation while focusing on fascia-release work using rolling props. Here we take this time to "look under hood" to help body mechanics and to release bound-up tissue so that you be more active safely, better and without pain.
