This gentle set of exercises are a complement any practice. Instruction focuses on efficient means of joint articulation and improved body mechanics encouraging the natural flow of qi through the meridians. A comprehensive introduction to Qi Gong. Instruction focuses on postural alignment and stretching as well as fundamental breathing and body control principles to help establish a strong foundation for advancement within the Doaist internal arts.
