Medical Qi Gong

This series will focus on postural alignment, stretching and conditioning to better prepare the body for studying the internal art of QiGong. Fundamental principles in movement and Daoist theory will also be introduced to help students understand how to efficiently control both their mass and energetic center during Qi Gong exercises. While laying some of the foundations of this discipline students will learn how to bring qualities of ting (listening) and yi (intention) to both their existing meditative or martial practice while improving their health
